There's a reason I return to Ain Soph Journey ever There's a reason I return to Ain Soph Journey every single time I land in Tokyo. 🌸 It's not just about the food—it's about the ritual, the space, the feeling of being seen as a vegan eater in a city that's slowly rewriting its plant-based story.

The moment I walk in, shoulders drop. The bright white interior, cascading greenery, natural light pouring through windows—it's like stepping into a healer's sanctuary disguised as a restaurant. And then the menu arrives.

My go-to? The farmer salad. Huge portions of the crispest, most vibrant vegetables (each one tastes like it was picked this morning), tossed with intention. It's a colour palette you can eat. Then comes the seasonal sweet potato pancake—oh, the pancake. Fluffy doesn't even begin to describe it. It's cloud-like, almost impossibly tender, stacked with vegan ice cream and vegan whipped cream that tastes like it was made by someone who cares deeply about precision and joy.

This is what plant-based eating should feel like: abundant, beautiful, and unapologetic. 💚

What's your Tokyo ritual? The place you have to return to?

1️⃣ Fried artichokes, lemon, aioli — THE BEST (I’m not exaggerating, I‘m understatement-ing)
