The moment I walk in, shoulders drop. The bright white interior, cascading greenery, natural light pouring through windows—it's like stepping into a healer's sanctuary disguised as a restaurant. And then the menu arrives. My go-to? The farmer salad. Huge portions of the crispest, most vibrant vegetables (each one tastes like it was picked this morning), tossed with intention. It's a colour palette you can eat. Then comes the seasonal sweet potato pancake—oh, the pancake. Fluffy doesn't even begin to describe it. It's cloud-like, almost impossibly tender, stacked with vegan ice cream and vegan whipped cream that tastes like it was made by someone who cares deeply about precision and joy.
