It's a colour palette you can eat. Then comes the seasonal sweet potato pancake—oh, the pancake. Fluffy doesn't even begin to describe it. It's cloud-like, almost impossibly tender, stacked with vegan ice cream and vegan whipped cream that tastes like it was made by someone who cares deeply about precision and joy.
