I am still dreaming about this afternoon at Rota Cafe. There is something magical about enjoying a beautifully curated seasonal salad plate followed by a decadent gingerbread ice cream parfait. You would never guess this towering, delicious dessert is completely vegan!

The culinary team went above and beyond to accommodate my diet, and every course was an absolute masterpiece.
