Chocolate Tofu Mousse (Vegan, gluten-free, refined sugar-free, low-carb)

Who says you can’t have dessert when you’re having a low-carb diet? 🤣

Few days ago I was adopting a temporary low-carb and high protein diet, but suddenly I was craving for desserts. Since banana isn’t low-carb, I couldn’t have my favorite banana ice-cream to stop my craving. Therefore, I made myself this super smooth and delicious chocolate tofu mousse 🍫

I was in a hurry and due to my diet restriction, I didn’t make a parfait with it, but I’m sure it will go well with raw granolas, fruits and nuts 😚It is super easy and only requires 4 basic ingredients. So please don’t hesitate to try it!

Ingredients:

1/2 19 ounces silken tofu
1 Tbsp unsweetened almond mylk
2 heap Tbsp raw cacao powder
1 Tbsp carob powder
1 pitted medjool date (optional, as a sweetener)
1 tsp Organic Burst Baobab powder (optional)

Optional ingredients:
1 Tbsp raw nut butter
1 tsp Organic Burst Baobab powder
1 tsp Organic Burst Acai powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
or everything you think goes well with it. Be creative! 😀

Directions:

Throw everything into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth 😄
