Pecan Butter Nice Cream (Raw, Vegan, Gluten-free, Sugar-free)

Who doesn’t love banana ice-cream? Especially when it’s super easy to make and so satisfying 🙂 Today I would like to share with you my recipe of this simple pecan butter nice cream which I love the creamy texture and hey nuts and bananas can’t go wrong right? 😏Perfect to enjoy on a hot summer day ☀️

Ingredients:

2 frozen bananas
2 Tbsps raw pecan butter
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Place both ingredients into a Vitamix or a food processor and process until completely smooth.
  2. Pour the nice cream into a bowl and sprinkle with your choice of toppings, here I used Four Sigma Foods’ Sports Herbs
  3. Stir and enjoy!
