Just a simple, nutritious and quick post-workout smoothie that you can whip up in just 5 minutes!
Ingredients:
1 cup coconut water
½ avocado
½ cup frozen banana
½ cup frozen pineapple
½ tsp spirulina
Direction:
Place all the ingredients into a blender (I used Vitamix) and process until smooth.
You can top your smoothie with some cacao powder and blueberries.
